Do not know the details of advanced or intermediate level stuffs because I’m just standing on a basic level. HAHAHA!
For the basic stuffs, doing followings:
Run 1.5miles
Repeat 2-3 sets of warm-ups:
1. Stretches 10-15 times
2. Push press 10-15 times
3. Back extensions 10-15 times
4. Sit ups 10-15 times
5. Pull ups 10-15 times
6. Dips 10-15 times
+ Some wrap-ups if we have more energy and time.
For advanced and intermediate level stuffs:
After the above warm-ups get done, start the *REAL* exercises. lol;;
