Official Statement by Apple:
White models of Apple’s new iPhone 4 have proven more challenging to manufacture than expected, and as a result they will not be available until the second half of July. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected.
….. Obviously, it turned out I have to wait *MORE*…. Sigh….

Today, apple unveiled iPhone OS 4.0. They are advertising that new OS will have over 100 new features for end-users including creating playlists, 5x digital zoom, tap to focus on video, gift apps, geotagging, places in the photo app, changing the homescreen wallpaper, bluetooth keyboards, spell checker, and etc. The changes are mainly featured by the following seven improvements: multitasking (FINALLY!), folder (support grouping apps), enhanced email (support unified inbox, open attachments, etc.), iBooks, enterprise service, game center, and iAd.
I clearly see the improvements and benefits coming along with this new OS, but sadly, it is not fully compatible with iPhone 3G that I currently have. Steve Jobs said previous devices have hardware limitations to support all features of new OS.
Solution? buying new iPhone and iPad? lol
